Terms of Service

These terms cover appointments and treatments at Harmony Heaven Wellness Centre, #81/1 Mahalakshmi Nilaya, Bull Temple Road, Near Pizza Hut, Basavanagudi, Bengaluru 560004. Booking with us means you accept them.

Who we serve

We are a male to male spa and salon. All treatments are carried out by male therapists for male guests. Guests must be 18 or older.

Appointments

• Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. Booking ahead secures the slot.
• Please arrive about ten minutes before your appointment so the session is not cut short.
• If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, but the treatment may be shortened so the next guest is not delayed.
• A booking request sent through this website or WhatsApp is confirmed only once we reply to confirm it.

Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as you can. [Set your policy here, for example: cancellations with less than two hours notice, or no-shows, may be charged at 50% of the treatment value.]

Prices and payment

• Rates shown on this site are indicative and may change. The rate on the price board at reception applies.
• GST is charged at the rate applicable on the day of your visit and shown on your invoice.
• We accept cash, UPI, and major credit and debit cards.

Packages and prepaid sessions

Packages must be taken in a single visit unless stated otherwise. Prepaid session packs are valid for [period] from purchase, are not transferable, and are not refundable in cash. Gift vouchers are valid for [period].

Your health

Please tell us before treatment about any injury, skin condition, allergy, recent surgery, heart condition or medication. Some treatments are not suitable in these cases. Our treatments are for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for advice from a doctor.

Conduct

All our services are strictly professional and therapeutic. We reserve the right to stop a treatment and refuse service, without refund, if a guest behaves inappropriately towards our staff.

Personal belongings

Lockers are provided. We ask that valuables are left at home. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged on the premises.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability in connection with a treatment is limited to the amount you paid for it.
