Harmony Heaven Wellness Centre ("we", "us") runs a men's spa and salon at #81/1 Mahalakshmi Nilaya, Bull Temple Road, Near Pizza Hut, Basavanagudi, Bengaluru 560004. This page explains what we do with the information you give us.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number, preferred date and time, and any notes you type into the booking form on this site.
• Anything you send us on WhatsApp or tell us over the phone when you book.
• Details you give at reception, including any health conditions or injuries you want the therapist to know about.
• Basic, anonymous usage data if analytics is enabled on this site. [Confirm whether Google Analytics or similar is in use.]

How the booking form works

The booking form on this site does not send anything to a server of ours. It opens WhatsApp on your own device with the details pre-written, and nothing is sent until you press send. Once you send it, the message sits in our WhatsApp Business inbox and is governed by WhatsApp's own terms as well as this policy.

Why we hold it

• To confirm your appointment and keep the slot free.
• To match you with a therapist and adapt the treatment to anything you have told us about your health.
• To raise a GST compliant invoice, which we are required to retain.
• To contact you about your booking. We will only send you offers if you have asked us to.

Who else sees it

Nobody outside the centre, other than the service providers we need to operate: our payment provider for card and UPI settlement, WhatsApp for messages you send us, and our accountant for statutory filings. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as you remain a guest and for a reasonable period afterwards. Invoices and tax records are retained for the period required under the GST and Income Tax Acts. [Confirm the retention period with your CA.]

Health information

Anything you tell us about injuries, skin conditions, allergies or medication is used only to make your treatment safe. It is shared with your therapist and nobody else.

• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your details, except where we are legally required to keep a record.
